(Braddock and Forbes) Would justify double track on Mulberry between Rebecca and Franklin, and curve from Wood onto Penn. I remember seeing rush hour 66s turn from outbound Swissvale onto Coal in late 50s/early 60s. This might be due to car congestion at Jane St. Normal 76 service car might be on one track, and passing track occupied by "put on time" car. 64 had less frequent service. By the way, Fred, you mentioned that it would be a quick trip to Monroe County, because it should not take too much time to look at their "van". So how would you compare ridership on a Monroe County bus with the average PAT transit route, or which there are 215 routes? And the Monroe route I sampled didn't even serve Stroudsburg, but started at a Stroud Mall and went out rural rt. 611 to Tobyhanna? So, Fred, what percentage of PAT's 215 routes average fewer passengers per trip (as of May 2007) then the 22 riders on this Monroe County bus that left the mall at 3:30?? (and there were 15 more riders on the inbound trip at 5:30) Cheers John >From: "Boris Cefer" >Reply-To: pittsburgh-railways@dementia.org >To: >Subject: [PRCo] Re: Route 86 East Liberty >Date: Thu, 6 Sep 2007 12:08:44 +0200 > >Yes, Pavarotti is dead :-( > >I am a bit confused by the Wilkinsburg trackage.
